*Charming Old Western themed home of over 1700 square feet completely yours for total privacy. 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Super comfy beds, one King, three queens, two twins and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 12 counting comfortable leather sofa.

Two living room areas. Lightening fast 2G internet, 5 Smart TVs and with all the streaming services. The two levels almost make it feel like two separate house, excellent for separate kids & adult spaces.

2 dining areas that accommodate a total of 10. Central air & heat, 2 electric fireplaces/heaters. Large fenced in backyard.

Location, location, location! A 20 second drive or three-minute walk to gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair! 2 minutes from Sleepy Hollow Sports Park. 4 minutes from I-235, and 7 minutes from downtown Des Moines.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker, mocha pot, french press, blender, juicer. & electric kettle. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it!

Deck for outside dining and gas grill. Playpen for the toddlers. Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking for three or four vehicles in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Driveway is 75 feet long to accommodate trailers.

As you can see, our place is priced below most others in its category. Truly a rare find.

We are clean freaks. Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized. Air purifier for the hypoallergenic. If you find one hair or dirty spot, we want to know about it! And finally...

You will receive the best prompt, personal and caring attention from my wife and I. We are always trying to improve the property and we are ready to serve you!

What makes this property unique

The property is just a 3 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds, backside entrance where the animal barns are. There is not much lodging around the Fairgrounds, only one hotel within a three mile radius, so my house is pretty unique as it can sleep up to 12 people. It is also just a 5 to 12 minute drive to downtown Des Moines, AdventureLand, or Prairie Meadows Casino.
