If you love the beach, look no further! Come and relax on your private balcony directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean while watching beautiful sunrises and dolphins in the distance! A BRAND NEW listing in TopSail, we offer a cozy living area with a well stocked kitchen and separate eating area. Amazingly spacious and newly appointed! Smart TVs in both living room and bedroom; bathroom with tub. Sleeps up to 4 people: Bedroom has comfy queen bed and living room has a brand new sofa bed/couch.

Return parking pass(es) to hook by door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Mike and I live in Asheville NC and having a place at the beach home too has always been a dream. I have owned many Airbnbs and know what it takes to make it comfortable. I hope you will agree when you stay with us at our "Ocean Pearl"!
Why they chose this property
It's at the tip of the island so not as busy as rest of TopSail..but still we are only 15 minute drive from Surf City for shopping and restaurants..and the pier!
What makes this property unique
Literally our location is directly on the water so accessing beach is not always available due to high tide BUT there are many access points available within walking distance too! Amazing to watch dolphins and see sunrises too!
