Beautiful Oceanfront Condo - UPDATED 2023

***UPDATES COMPLETED - New tiled master walk in shower with rain head, hand held unit, clothes line for those wet bathing suits, wainscoting and being painted light blue. New very comfortable living room sofa, new outdoor dining furniture on a new balcony, two new living room chairs that turn into single beds!! Let's not forget our new beach!! Topsail Reef is a complex with 8 buildings, each shaped like a V. Our condo is a point unit in Bldg 5 – absolutely amazing view, nothing obstructs your view from seeing up and down the beach from 3 stories high!

When you are not on the beach, you will most certainly be on the balcony because of the incredible views: you can watch an amazing sunrise/sunset, dolphins playing in the surf, sea birds and Ospreys from Camp LeJuene flying past the balcony...and what a site when there is a full moon! Even though there is an eat-in kitchen, you’ll probably enjoy dining outdoors more, on the balcony with new table and chairs..

Our air conditioned/heated unit has an open floor plan, with a full size eat-in kitchen and living room. There is seating for 4 at the island - each person can view the ocean while dining inside or out! It has all the appliances you need while on vacation - a Dishwasher (who wants to hand wash dishes while on vacation), a stackable Washer/Dryer (no need to carry laundry to the laundry building), electric range with self cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a full size refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, 2 coffee makers (including Keurig), blender, toaster, etc. There is even an on-demand tankless hot water system and filtered cold water from the kitchen sink and one for the ice maker!

The living room has a comfortable new sofa and two chairs that turn into single beds, a new 42" Smart TV, new DVD player. Spectrum Cable and Wi-Fi is also included.

The bedroom has a large closet and triple dresser to hold your clothes. The queen-size bed has a memory foam topper for a great night’s sleep! And there is cable TV in the bedroom! Linens are now included!!

We picked North Topsail Island because it is a family community with clear blue-green waters surrounded by sand so soft... a quiet island with clean, uncrowded beaches to kick back and enjoy some family time and get away from the worries of the world!

While a quiet island, it's not far from the action... for short excursions and shopping, the quaint village of Snead's Ferry is just over the bridge with shopping, restaurants, a spa and a country club for those who want to play golf. Surf City is also nearby with plenty of touristy activities to do.
