We had an excellent overall experience. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location was beautiful and very close to the Shenandoah River. Bill and Stephanie were wonderful hosts, they were very responsive and quick to answer whenever we reached out.The only small area that could be improved would be providing a few basic starter supplies, such as sugar, tea bags, and salt. Also, the amount of paper towels provided was a little limited for a four night stay.We would definitely recommend this property!

Peaceful Stay With Spectacular View

We spent a wonderful 4 days at this Shenandoah home. It’s close enough to Front Royal to be able to grab a meal, but far enough away to forget there is anything but the mountains surrounding you.

Incredible property! It was perfect. Everything in the house was as beautiful as advertised and we especially enjoyed the back deck with the mountain view and easy to use fire pit. I only have high praise for the whole experience and would rent this place again in a second.

Great weekend get away

This house was the perfect location for us to enjoy hiking and wineries. The house is roomy and comfortable with amazing views. We loved having dance parties on the large deck!

Superb home and hospitality

Their home was a modern comfortable mountain getaway. We enjoyed beautiful views off the deck from early morning to well into the evening. And their hospitality was attentive and exceptional. We loved our stay and would go back in a minute.

Loved it!

Loved the house , location and view . Everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again ! Enjoyed the state and national parks nearby, and the views from every room . Perfect house for our anniversary celebration.

Fall Getaway

Great place to stay. We loved the location which was central to many historical sites that we visited. The fall colors were wonderful. The home is very clean and well appointed. We would certainly recommend and return if the opportunity presents itself. It a nice quiet place to stay.

Bentonville VA with fantastic views

Beautiful house and views. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable beds, plenty of toys for kids, books for adults. Grill, fireplace and outdoor firepit on site. A wonderful place to stay. So many things to do nearby.
