**Bedrooms & Bath:** Two serene bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and premium linens. A crib is available for our youngest guests. The full bathroom is equipped with a modern bidet.

**Sleeping Arrangements:** The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The living room has a full-size sofa bed, which is best suited for accommodating infants or small children.

**Kitchen & Dining:** A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, complimentary coffee, tea, and essentials. Enjoy meals together in the large, formal dining room.

**Private Gym & Workspace:** Maintain your routine in the private gym or be productive at the dedicated work desk with a comfortable chair.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level apartment via a dedicated entrance. Self-check-in is seamless with a personalized smart lock code, which will be provided before your arrival.

**Interaction with guests**
We prioritize your privacy. Our family resides on the upper level of the home, and while we will not disturb you, we are readily available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. We do our best to be mindful of our guests below. The preferred method of communication is through the platform messaging app but you can also call or text. We try our best to respond to inquiries within a few minutes, for an enjoyable experience for all guests.

**Other Details to Note**
- No Parties, No Smoking, No Guests during Quiet Hours: If you are planning to host a big gathering or a party, this is not a good fit for you. House rules are strict with no smoking, no parties and no guests during quiet hours (9p to 9a).
- Accessibility: Please note that this is a lower-level apartment and is accessible via one flight of stairs from the private entrance.
- Host Presence: Our family lives on the floor above the apartment. We do our best to be mindful of our guests below.
- Checkout: Before checkout, please dispose of your trash in the large trash can located on the driveway.
