We were not sent check-in information by the host and had to contact VRBO to get the host to respond with check-in information. The place is a townhouse and is not the entire unit pictured. The number of bedrooms was accurate, but were spread out across three floors. The heating system was pretty bad. The bottom floor was cold and top floor was almost 20 degrees warmer. Everything was very clean, but there werent enough towels and washcloths for all of the guests. The kitchen was not stocked well. There weren't enough kitchen utensils to cook anything, and there were not enough plates for everyone. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but there is defintly a lot of room for improvement. Just keep all this in mind if you book this place.
