The Space:

You will receive a 4 digit access code to enter the property



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the attached granny house, the private entrance and free parking on the premises. Enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, and the garden or backyard. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a game room, and a comfortable living area. The property also features a private pool, perfect for relaxation and fun.

Nestled in the tranquil, rural setting of Patterson, California, our property offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local amenities. You'll find a selection of local stores and restaurants within a short drive, perfect for stocking up on essentials or enjoying a casual meal. Explore the charm of the area and discover the local flavor during your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Modesto City-County Airport (MOD), approximately a 30-minute drive. While Patterson doesn't have extensive public transit, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider renting a car to explore the surrounding areas at your leisure, including nearby cities like Modesto and Tracy. Driving directions and estimated travel times to local attractions will be provided upon request.



Other Things to Note:

For additional guests or visitors on site that are not pre-approved, they are charged at $150 per person. Pre-approved rates are much cheaper and protect the guest from having the stay terminated if the house rules or agreement are broken. For Pool pre-heating, we must be notified 24+ hours before check-in, as the pool heats at 1 degree per hour to ensure it is ready for your arrival and use. All guests must complete a check in form prior to arrival. This will be sent via guest messages or email
