About this property

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

The space:
The Heart of the Valley is a single story home updated and modernized for the convenience and comfort of today. This includes things you can't even see, like a tankless water heater system and others you can't miss, like the state of the art smart appliances. You can enjoy a movie night (popcorn complimentary) on the large sectional with all of your friends and family or a head to the beautiful backyard for a sizzling BBQ on the Webber grill (charcoal included). This house has so many updates and awesome features to list. You are just going to have to see them for yourself. Looking forward to hosting you! :)

Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire home except for the kitchen pantry and laundry closet used for storage. My goal is for you to feel like this is your home away from home.

I have been in Los Angeles for 6+ years but my heart still resides in the town of Turlock and the Valley. I have 10+ years in Property Management experience and 16+ years in the customer service industry. I love making people happy. Short term rentals are my new passion. My biggest reward is meeting people from all over the US, other countries and finding out more about their story. This property offers a professionally remodeled home with high-end, smart appliances and beautiful backyard with an outdoor sitting area and charcoal BBQ grill. It was furnished and decorated by local designer, Mari Rodrigues, based on a modern farmhouse theme. Each bed has a highly rated mattress to make sure you have a great sleep during your stay. Each room will have their very own smart TV so no need to fight over what to watch.

Its location makes this such a great place to stay. Not only are you close to highway 99, but you will also have access to a 10-acre beautiful parked called Donnelly Park just a few feet away from the front doorstep. Not to mention, quick access to Monte Vista Crossing for any shopping need or downtown Turlock for a nice dinner, drink or to simply walk around and check out the local shops.
