From the moment we entered this home, we felt so comfy and at home. There are board games, karaoke, plenty of streaming options on the TVs. The kitchen not only had all of the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could want but also was stocked with various pantry food items. There is a thoroughly itemized information guide on the front table where you can find all the info - places to eat, places to shop, tips and tricks within the home, access codes etc. Seriously, there is very little you will want for here. The decor throughout the home is beautiful and really furthers the exceptionally homey vibe. I've never stayed in a place that wasn't my home and immediately felt so comfortable and at ease - truly. The neighborhood is smaller and so quiet, but very friendly. There is access to a private beach down the street for summer visits, and Miss Donna also provides access to her own yard and recreational things in it. From booking, the communication was amazing, direct and attentive. In addition to providing a property with every small and big detail having been thought of, you'll find a very kind person who will give you the privacy you need but is willing to chat and checks in to make sure all is well. Miss Donna genuinely cares about those who are staying, and makes an effort to really ensure you enjoy yourself and have everything possible to do so. We were staying due to a major life altering event, and the kindness and compassion shown will never be forgotten.

I enjoy making the house comfortable with special touches. Growing up with 5 siblings made vacations few, I keep my prices affordable so families have a chance experience Mid Michigan, the outdoors, and make memories.

Why they chose this property

I live across the street on the lake, our neighbors are the best, the lake views are beautiful. The lake is an all sports lake, just can't ask for anything better.

What makes this property unique

This house is unique with antiques, comfortable leather furniture, coffee bar, books, games, karaoke machine, barbecue grill, fire pit and so much more.
