Cajun Creek Lodge sits in Smith Creek Resort in Sevierville, a short drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Dollywood. Guests say it feels tucked away in the woods yet close to town, without the traffic you hit closer to Gatlinburg. Inside the resort you get pickleball and mini golf year-round, plus the lazy river, splash pad and outdoor movies in season. Our picks for a cold-weather trip: Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, WonderWorks and the Titanic Museum Attraction. One caveat: the development is still being built out, so expect some construction.

🚗 You will want a car. The driveway fits 6 vehicles, and the roads in are paved with no steep climbs. Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all a short drive from the cabin.
