Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

Comfortable Stay

This property is comfortable with an excellent view of the lake and easy access to Lake Mead. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking over the bridge for meals.

Hidden Gem.

After visiting Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, you will never want to stay anywhere else when making your trip to Las Vegas. The on site accomodations were clean quiet, cozy and comfortable with beautiful views of the Lake.

Quiet, clean & comfortable stay!

We loved the location and how quiet and beautiful it was away from the noise and commotion of Las Vegas …but at the same time it was just a quick commute to all the things Las Vegas has to offer. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable and check in was super easy. Host was great with getting us the information we needed.

Perfect location

Great condo! Clean, comfortable, and most things you may need for an extended stay. It’s more like a home away from home. Quiet, private, with the perfect balcony to watch the sunrise. We came for a concert in Vegas, but spent the bulk of our trip adventuring the nearby national and state parks. It’s the perfect location for that, very close to Lake Meade and Valley of Fire but close enough to the strip. But grocery and restaurants close.

The stay was great. If we would have had an ice bucket and a box of tissues it would have been perfect. AC was either to cold or too hot but given outside temps understandable

Absolutely amazing!

Excellent communication, extremely helpful when I forgot my clothes in the closet, prompt to repay us for one alarm battery as it went off in middle of night. Very trustworthy and gorgeous condo! Don’t hesitate to stay here or any other properties they have.

Wonderful Stay at Lake Las Vegas

My wife at I recently stayed at Lake Las Vegas. We had never stayed there before. The room was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. The room is on the top floor of the building, overlooking the lake and also overlooking a treacherous par-3 hole on the associated golf course, with sand traps and a major water hazard (i.e., the lake). We watched a number of golfers lose balls into the lake.One of the nicest aspects of this property is that, within walking distance, there is an outdoor mall/village with four or five restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised how good the restaurants were. There is an Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, and a pub restaurant (and maybe others). We didn't eat at the Mexican restaurant during our stay, but we ate at the others, and had excellent meals (the pub was average compared to the others, but still good). It was nice not to have to drive to eat dinner, and to have such good meals.

Badly in need of upgrading

Sink does not drain, missing light bulbs, broken patio lock, filthy carpet, mismatched and deficient in quantity flatware and dishes, misrepresentation of washer/dryer, furniture in advertisement missing, broken lamp shade, TV cabinet an accident waiting to happen., bed collapsed. The building was, I believe a hotel, built in 2006 and from appearance this unit is as it was in 2006, very tired. Would have left but were tied up outfitting new residence. Texted propery manager, no response.

We loved this property. The location was great, an easy walk to several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchenette was functional. Several hikes and golf courses within minutes of the condo. The building was quiet and clean. Parking in early March was not a problem. Communication with the management was great.

Excellent winter getaway.

We escaped the frigate midwest for a week of relaxation in the desert. (February temps in WI were in the single digits, Nevada temps were in the upper 60’s and sunny.) Very comfortable condo that was not too far from the Las Vegas excitement, in a very quiet setting. Perfect!

Check and comunication was excellent room as described. If you plan on cooking bring everything you need. Market to get want you need within easy walking distances balcony views are beautiful. Would book again

We both have walking disability so it was difficult to go all the way across the garage to do laundry and swim we would stay in the west next time bathroom light if you have a card of instruction laminated and just left in the bathroom needed the curtain Pole to be fixed to move the large curtain and the TV never worked for us and I'd like to send you the text that I had with David
