Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest arrival. During your stay, the only concern mentioned was that the couch appeared dirty. We asked if you could provide a photo so our team could review and address the issue immediately, but we did not receive any documentation or additional information. No other cleaning concerns were reported during the stay. Had anything else been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to resolve it right away while you were still in the home. We strive to ensure every guest has a comfortable and clean experience and always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns.
