Welcome to this inviting rental property, ideally situated near top attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, and Camelback Mountain. Enjoy easy access to numerous hiking trails, golf courses, downtown Phoenix, and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the convenience of being close to the airport makes this location perfect for travelers.

We are a family-operated rental, managed by myself, my sister, and my husband. As seasoned hosts, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional stay.

Shared Amenities: Enjoy access to two pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and outdoor BBQ grills.

Accessibility: Situated on the 2nd floor (2 flights or 20 steps) for easy access. There is no elevator access.

The location was very convenient to Phoenix top attractions like the Botanical Garden, Zoo and hiking trails at Papago Park. We enjoyed the pool at the facility. Our host communicated well and provided nice amenities.

A wonderful stay for 5 nights with my adult children. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals, and nice sized living room and deck. The pool area had a beautiful setting, and the owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Location was convenient, and nice walking trails across the street. I hope to stay here again next time I'm visiting the Phoenix area.

Excellent Spacious open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings throughout Created very good upscale feelings/vibes for the 5of us and one infant. Never felt cramped. Great accommodations

We were in town for Ironman AZ and couldn’t have found better accommodations. We were close to the venue as well as hiking trails. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were super responsive. We look forward to a return visit.

We had plenty of room, and enjoyed using the full kitchen. The only thing lacking was extra washcloths (we found 1 in the master bathroom) and pillowcases.

Outstanding A to Z

We needed a central location for a dance competition downtown. This is the perfect location, quiet and easy to get to and from. Easy access in any direction. The facilities and condo were comfortable clean and perfect. Good security and access. The condo is comfortable clean and way better than any hotel. I would highly recommend this place and Host. Cozy place - on the loud side

Property owners were great communicators and it was very easy accessing the property. The common pool, tub, fitness center and rec room were well maintained.The unit is located right by a very busy road - so we heard traffic inside the unit the entire stay. Not a big issue for us since we are from an urban area - but it is noticable.

Good location but…

We loved the pool area, it was every bit as nice as the pictures. The inside was lacking, it reminded us of college apartments. The carpeting in one bedroom had several stains & the shower curtains & tubs were not clean.

Getaway

Very clean, space is spotless & has personal touches. Location is great with many places close by, including golf courses (which we will use when we visit again), zoo and Camelback mountain. This will be a great time for Spring Training. Condo includes a free parking spot plus amenities of pool were a must. We used the fitness center in the mornings and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Easy check in and out…owners were great We will be coming back for longer stays.

Clean comfortable convenient

Higher end appointments in this Red Rox rental made our 3 day stay very comfortable and relaxing. BEDS. Most important deal maker or breaker for us! On the newer side. Very comfortable with nice sheets and a range of pillows. Very clean space. Host was very attentive. The rental came with the owners covered parking spot. Beware some rentals in this complex do not, leaving renters to fight for open spaces sometimes far from the rental. The only negative is the unit is next to VanBuren Street so there is some road noise. However, the comfortable environment of the condo, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, and close access to clubhouse amenities and pool area are a major plus. Within walking distance to ASU Baseball stadium and excellent walking trails across the street from the complex. Nice pool area with excellent large hot jacuzzi.
