Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach!

Hotel is lovely and staff was great. Initially owner responded, but did not respond after that. We were told we were getting a renovated unit however that was not the case and the unit we got was very dated. The toilet needs to be replaced and the shower leaks. There were other items that were broken.

Thank you for your feedback, Pamela. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the hotel and staff. To clarify, I never stated that the unit itself was remodeled. Your inquiry prior to arrival was regarding the hallway renovations, which had been completed at the time of your stay. The unit is accurately represented in the listing and is maintained in good condition. You did request an early check-in for a one-night stay, and unfortunately I was unable to accommodate that due to a same-day checkout and cleaning schedule. I understand that was disappointing, and I’m sorry I couldn’t make that work. Regarding the comments about replacements and broken items, those claims are not accurate. The unit is regularly inspected and maintained, and no issues requiring replacement were reported or observed before or after your stay. Had anything been brought to my attention during your visit, I would have been more than happy to address it promptly. I always aim to be responsive and transparent and regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
