The property was clean and the view was beautiful. The owner was easy to reach and information regarding check in and check out was received well in advance. The only issue was that this unit was not as well appointed as others we’ve stayed in at Azure. The kitchen tools were minimal as well as towels provided and additional blankets or pillows.

The condo was in a good location and clean. We did experience issues with the door code and the owner replied the next day with a new code. We did have ants in the master and secondary bathrooms and used bug spray that was already in the pantry. We did make the owner aware and did see some prior to leaving. Also the toilet in the master was leaking and a plumber arrived the next day after making the owner aware. The staff kept all the area inside the lobby, elevators, and pool area very clean but the unit was a little disappointing.

Thank you for your review. When you called about the door code, we gave you an override code that worked immediately while we were still on the phone. Our check-in paperwork also includes a backup option with access to a hard key for the front door located in the lockbox at the front door. Ants aren't a normal issue in this unit, but we happened to have spray on hand and the HOA's pest control company came out the following day. They've now done two spot sprays to take care of it. The toilet leak was a cracked line at the wall, and we had it repaired the morning after your call the evening before. Future guest, like any home, things occasionally come up. What we can control is how quickly we respond, and that's how we'd like to be judged. In each case here, we responded as fast as the situation allowed, either immediately or within 24 hours.

Great view with walking distance to the beach which is exactly what we wanted. Minor things were a bit of an inconvenience. I’ve never stayed at a vrbo where there was no soap in the entire place. We had to make an extra trip back to the store to get hand soap and dish soap. Also iron didn’t work great. Other than those minor inconveniences it was a nice stay.

It looks like this may have been an oversight, as we recently transitioned to a new cleaning company, and we’re actively working to ensure everything is consistently stocked moving forward. We have stayed on Okaloosa Island a few times and Azure is the nicest property by far! The condo was exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are firm if you like that. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the penthouse, it was very quiet and peaceful with an amazing view! If we had neighbors we didn't ever hear them. This unit is tastefullydecorated and included a generous supply of TP, paper towels, dishwasher tabs and small hand soap bars. One recommendation would be inexpensive soap dishes, we just used the wrappers as dishes. Rick was available instantly when we most needed him when the lock gave us trouble on the third night. The heated pool was a good temperature for the uncommonly chilly weather. It's in a great location near many restaraunts & shopping. The street may be busy but in the unit all you hear is the ocean. We would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to the Panhandle.
