Loved our stay! It was clean, well maintained, and easy check in and out. 2 bed rooms with tons of space in the primary and 2 full beds in the 2nd room. Beautiful pool, steps from the ocean and right by hot spots like Ron Jons and the pier. We hope to be back again!

Location was fabulous and the condo was great! We had 5 staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was just a short walk or drive to restaurants and/or the grocery store. The pool was fantastic and the beach even better. We would definitely stay here again. If I had any negative, it would be the deadbolt was a little tricky to lock from the inside but that would be it.

Wonderful Place!

We had a short stay but loved every moment! The condo was clean and supplied with more than we expected. It was walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, lots of restaurants to eat, and places to explore (10 mins drive to Jetty Park, Center St Park, Merritt Island). The staff was great to work with- April communicated great when I requested early check in & kept us informed about events occurring during our stay so we can plan around it. We’d love to come back!

The condo was excellent. Clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers (small and large). Everything you need for the beach. Comfortable beds. Love the large balcony. I would recommend booking here. Very convenient to grocery store, restaurants and maybe 10 minutes from the Port.

Wonderful condo at the beach, with good side view of the ocean! Loved to hear the waves at night and chill on the balcony. The pool was warm and clean. Building was quiet as well. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, bring an eye pillow because there is a little light that filters in from surrounding property. All around great stay!

Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and neat. Kitchen had a full complement of pots, pans, dishes, etc. located right on the beach, I could hear the waves crashing on the shore. The property is maintained nicely. There’s a dedicated, covered parking space. Was able to see 2 rocket launches from the cape. Just a very nice experience.

This condo is well maintained, very clean and safe. April was very pleasant to deal with, quick and helpful when we had a minor issue. The condo is spacious and has everything you’ll need for your trip. The pool is perfect and the view is spectacular. It is just a short walk to the ocean through a private entrance. The balcony is huge, perfect to look at the view.

Was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Oven didn't work and "heated pool" was not usable due to gas problem. A heads up about the pool would have been nice to know before we arrived. It was an important consideration for choosing this property.

Location was amazing. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Only negatives were the oven didn't work and more importantly the "heated" pool was not usable due to a gas line break. This was not the condos fault but a courtesy heads up would have been nice since the pool was a huge reason we chose to stay there.

Beautiful Unit with Beautiful Views

This unit is well organized and nicely furnished with kitchen supplies for those like us who cook in. The view of the beach is very nice. The beds were comfortable. My elderly mother could see us on the beach when she chose to stay in the condo. The beach chairs boogie boards and sand toys are in the storage unit which ended up being really nice to have them out of the way when we were in the condo. The beach chairs are low backed which is find for us. The beach toys did not have castle making items so we need to purchase them.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The instructions to get into the condo could use some clarification. The key is in the lockbox inside the doorway of the actual condo, the parking pass drop box is in the hallway where the mailboxes are (not outside condo #15), and the gentleman who answered the door in condo #15 couldn’t answer questions and asked us to not knock on his door. We loved our stay and had a fabulous time. The condo itself was great, clean, and stocked well. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was exceptionally clean with everything you would need. The property was very well maintained. A couple of things could have been better. Renters are expected to empty the refrigerator upon leaving. The previous renters failed to do this so the task fell on me. Also, the instructions about the patio doors was to lock the screens instead of the doors to lessen the use of the locks on the very expensive hurricane doors. The lock on the bedroom screen door wouldn't latch because of salt corrosion so my choice was to leave it unlocked or use the forementioned door lock. Other than those two things my stay was wonderful! I would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was exactly what I expected. Good shape, comfortable and a nice pool. Short walk to the beach and pier. Many nice restaurants close by. The weather was sunny and in the upper 70's all week. April was very helpful. I would definitely consider this condo again.

Condo was very well stocked, from kitchen supplies to towels to beach stuff and even puzzles and games that our teenagers like to do while there is down time. Living room and dining area are spacious. Loved the large balcony with 2 room access. Overall great location, nice condo.
