Enjoy this completely updated, spacious condo located right on the beach! This 2 bed/2 bath unit with side ocean view from south balcony and sunsets from the west balcony, and fully equipped kitchen.

This modern condo features:
Kitchen with maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Modern bedrooms with all new furniture and hardwood flooring.
Updated bathrooms with porcelain tile, frame-less shower doors, and much more.
3 flat screen TVs. 50' in the family room and 40' in each bedroom.
Master bedroom (15 x 14) has a King Size Bed with Sealy Plush Euro Pillow Top mattress and a huge walk in closet. The other bedroom (13 x 12) has Two Full (Double) Size Beds equipped with foam memory mattresses.
Separate dining area (13 x 10) and spacious living room (16 x 15).
The laundry room is in the unit.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, quiet, and well organized. The condo had everything we needed and more without clutter like other rentals. They even had beach chairs, which was a bonus! The pool area was extremely clean too and the water was the perfect temperature. The elevators were super fast too. Parking was extremely easy and close to the unit. I thought the location of the unit on the property was one of the best locations. There were two patios, big stocked with chairs and a table. The beds were cozy and the couch was the best! The host was great too. I would definitely recommend this rental. I can tell the host has put a lot of thought and effort into making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Property was clean and updated. Elevator was quick and never a long wait. Pool and hot tub were great for the evenings after a day at the beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys and umbrellas. There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

This condo was clean and has been updated and I was ok knowing in advance that we would not have front ocean views. Having some of the extras like TP and paper towels was nice. There were a few things that I felt were lacking in this rental and that included baking pans, more bath towels and wash clothes, and some beach decor. The few towels that were provided were small with a lot of mismatched items. Also lacking was comforters on the beds and furniture in the bedrooms. Neither bedroom had dressers or chests -- just a few simple night stands. There were large closets available but no drawers to put anything in. Both bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice; however, the master bath was small. The layout of the master suite was quite odd to me but I attribute that to the age of the building. The complex is nice and quiet and the beach is literally just a few steps away. I would recommend this condo.

Thank you for your review. We value our guests’ opinions and will take consider your comments regarding chests. Our décor is a more contemporary than beachy and furniture and all bedding is following that style. We would gladly have provided additional towels had we received a call or email about the issue but we will discuss it with our housekeeping service.

Great accommodation

My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.
