We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again in the near future. Place was clean and had plenty of space and all the amenities needed to spend the week there. Love that you could walk to restaurants and play mini golf close by.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially appreciated the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Check-in and check-out simple. Overall, it was a great place to make family memories, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo itself was great, we loved the location also! There were books, games, and puzzles that you can use while you are there, and a nice patio on the main floor- a new grill was also delivered while we were there. We did have an issue with our pool access not working- we called/texted/emailed Beach Getaways multiple times and we just kept getting told they would put in a ticket for it, and keep us updated...2 hrs later, we still had no response- by the time they had responded, we had already gotten our friend's code (who was also staying in Summer Salt), but come to find out we didn't even need it anyone because the pool gate didn't lock and people were just coming and going!

We enjoyed our visit at Laughing Gull. We really appreciate that it is pet friendly and we were able to bring our fur babies along with us. Property was conveniently located with easy access to many restaurants and stores. Property was very clean. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom did not have ceiling fans as posting said, but we asked for a fan and they brought us one promptly. Note that there are 2 sets of stairs to reach the bedrooms. Not a big deal for most, but we have a handicapped daughter and it was a struggle for her. Kitchen is well stocked. Many games and books provided. Beds were comfortable.

House was perfect for our multi age family. It’s great that everyone had their own bathroom plus still a full bath on main floor. Exceptional cleanliness. Very comfy beds and quiet at night. A newer property, so could still use a few minor things such as more hooks or bars to hang towels in bathrooms and would be nice to provide a grill. If you have a problem doing steps you do have two flights to get to bedrooms(keep that in mind) Walk to the pool is not bad, we brought a wagon and stroller for little ones which helped. Loved sitting on the rocking chairs on balcony especially watching sunrise with coffee. Management responded immediately to texts. Also it’s possible to walk to restaurants and the beach(although we did drive to beach with all our stuff). Would stay here again.
