After a day at the beach, enjoy relaxing at the Boyette Pool located right next door. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary Bedroom with a King and a second bedroom with a Queen. Queen Sleeper Sofa is located in the living area. Maximum occupancy of 4. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. 3 cable TVs including two smart TVs and one TV with a built-in DVD. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Limit of 2 vehicles. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking. Can’t stay an entire week? This home is in the Stay Your Way program September 16-December 31, 2023. Pipe Dream can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. Stay Your Way homes can be booked months in advance.
