The house was absolutely beautiful. A unique mix of modern and 70’s. The layout was spot on . We were only there one night , a very quick stop over but it was so comfortable and cozy. The host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Plenty of room to sleep a large group and the views….you have to see in person. Stunning . I travel a lot and use VRBO for all of my travels. This was one of the best experiences I have had . I recommend 100%.

We’re passionate about sustainability and thoughtful living, and you’ll see that reflected throughout our home—from our minimalist style to our choice to reuse some of the furniture rather than send it to the landfill. Our goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space while caring for the environment.

Our home is over 40 years old and was acquired recently, so you may notice a few quirks as we gradually update it. Some of the furniture came with the house and is a little dated, but we’ve kept it out of respect for the planet and are updating pieces with new covers.

There are books, games and crafts for all ages! A 85” TV adds to your enjoyment.

We’re also working on some exciting upgrades—solar panels on the roof, a hot tub, and even a full-size table tennis table!

In the meantime, please let us know what you need to make your stay enjoyable. We hope you’ll appreciate the balance of charm, nature, and simplicity during your visit.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly located for convenience and connection—just 2 hours from Boston or Burlington, 3 hours from Montreal, and under 15 minutes to Quechee and Woodstock.

You’ll find 6–10 ski slopes within a 40-minute drive, making it an ideal base for winter fun.

The home is close to the New Hampshire border and shopping areas, so you’ll enjoy peaceful seclusion while still having city essentials within easy reach.

What makes this property unique

Right from your Livingroom tall windows highlighting breathtaking mountain views. It's the perfect tranquil spot to sip your morning coffe. If that's not enough
also from your backyard , kitchen and 2 bedrooms all soak in the views.

A hot tub adds to the enjoyment, soaking tired bones after a long day of hiking or skiing.

We have a fire pit and plan to bring in a bbq for next summer.

Kids have what they need with games toys and a full size table tennis table!
