Pull all the sheets off the bed place them in the laundry basket
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
🚭 No Smoking strictly non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoking is detected indoors, a $300 fee will be charged.
All guests must be listed. Unregistered guests will be charged a $100 fee per person. Violations may result in removal.
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal and a $10,000 violation fee. No exceptions.
