Fantastic updated basement apartment great for baseball tournament families!!! 20 minutes from LAKEPOINT SPORTS COMPLEX, safe, private driveway, private parking, private entrance. Full kitchen, Queen and Full size beds, Washer and Dryer, great outdoor area, Wifi and streaming options. Enjoy a great location, near Lakepoint Sports Complex, Qualusi Vineyards, Big Door Vineyards, Silver Comet Trail, Near Cartersville, Hiram, Rockmart and 1 hour to the Atlanta Airport.
The Apartment is SUPER Private, safe and has a Separate Entrance, Driveway and Parking. We are 20 minutes from Lake Point Sports Complex, making it a great place to stay for all those Baseball/Softball tournaments. We are close to local vineyards: Qualusi Vineyard, Big Door Vineyard, and Three Strands Vineyard and Winery. Quiet, private area with fire pit, gas grill, deck and patio. **Please note, there are a few concrete stairs that lead to the private entrance in the photos.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Location was great - located in a peaceful setting but close to shopping, etc. Outdoor living space was outstanding. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!!

Excellent weekend!

We stayed in a beautifully decorated apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Only 20 mins or so to silver comet bike trail. Host was excellent and very responsive. Thanks Trish for a wonderful memorable weekend.

Travel Ball Dream Stay

My family and I traveled to the Dallas, GA area for a four day travel baseball tournament located at Lakepoint Sports about 20 mins from the property. This was a perfect stay. We had plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was very clean and beds were super comfy after our long hot days at the ballfield. Our host was very attentive and super flexible in working with us on our check-in/check-out. We also really enjoyed the grill and outdoor area. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Property and Very Comfortable

Highly recommend this listing for anyone visiting the area. A little bit of a drive from “town” but it is a nice ride with beautiful natural scenery. The unit itself was very clean, decorated wonderfully, stocked with all the necessities and very quiet. My husband enjoyed the outdoor sitting area for checking morning work emails while I was getting ready for the day. The owner was very hospitable and quick to answer messages. Again, highly recommend, even with the extra drive, it is far better than a hotel.
