Great location!! Your Siesta Beach Guest House w/ Pool is 1.2 miles to beach access 12 on Siesta Key! This 1br/1ba private modern coastal guest house w/ lanai is Ideal for couples or individuals. The guest house has everything you will need for a great stay! Fully equipped Kitchen, towels/linens, laundry room. Nice relaxing pool and patio area. Use our beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella. We have a strict occupancy of 2 people; no pets allowed. Minimum age of 26 to book. This guest house is located behind our main house, the pool is shared when we have guest we respect your privacy and do not use the pool. We travel often in the summer and fall and most likely you will have the property to yourself during this time, we are usually at the house during the winter. This guest house also has its own private driveway.

My wife and I enjoy the outdoors, we boat and do several outdoor sports. I enjoy golf, fishing, tennis and pickleball.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. It’s a tropical paradise!
What makes this property unique
The guest house was completely remodeled in 2024 and we just started offering it for rental in the summer of 2025. This guest is totally brand new, it’s was stripped down to the 2x4’s and everything is completely brand new.
