I fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds — peaceful waterfront living along the Intracoastal Waterway, and the beach just one block away. The building has a low occupancy rate, so it’s quiet and feels private, with amenities you can often enjoy all to yourself. Guests can request complimentary ride carts through a local app, making it even easier to get around. The location is also perfectly situated near Las Olas Boulevard, where you’ll find some of Fort Lauderdale’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife, all within minutes.
