This cozy cabin is the left half of a duplex, ensuring extra privacy with only one shared wall. Thoughtful touches include cable TV, mini fridge, tea kettle, and a Keurig for fresh coffee. Step outdoors to grill on the community BBQ and take in the refreshing mountain scenery. Rustic charm blended with convenience!
The Space:
Ute 1 at Pathways Ranch is the left sided unit of the cabin. A wall with a locking door separates you from Ute 2 (ask about booking both sides for your whole group!) Enjoy a nearby bar/restaurant called The Grill Guy. Winter trip? Eldora Ski resort is only 30 miles away! *Please note Ute 1 does not have hot tub access. *
