Inside Mountain Spirit

The open layout of Mountain Spirit creates a warm, welcoming space to gather. On the main level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, and a cozy living room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV. This level also features a king ensuite bedroom, a convenient half bath, and washer/dryer. Step out back to relax on the deck with rocking chairs, a dining table, and a second fireplace.

Upstairs, the open loft offers an additional gathering space, plus two queen bedrooms with a shared hall bath. The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, foosball, another family area, a kids’ sleeping nook with a queen bunk, and a full bath. From here, step onto the lower deck where the hot tub and more rocking chairs await.

Hot tub was not working. My one criteria was a hot tub. I made the host aware. I tried to be easy going about it, I should have contacted VRBO and not the host. After I checked out and contacted the host again to say I was really disappointed, I was told they had ‘real issues’ to deal with. The house was spotless, which I really appreciated as a neat freak but I will not book this host again

It had an air lock issue that our maintenance tech resolved the same day you checked out (April 9th). No one on our team would ever tell a guest we were “too busy” to address their concern — if that’s how our message came across, I apologize. We dropped the ball on communication and should have kept you better updated. We value your feedback and have already made changes to how we handle hot tub issues so this doesn’t happen again.
