The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to checking out, please place all used towels in the bathtub. All used bedding should be stripped and left on the bed.
Be sure outdoor umbrellas are closed and secured and the grill is off and covered. All recreational equipment should be returned to the original spot and secured.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash bins go out to the curb on Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday pickup. Recycling bin goes out Sunday afternoon for Monday pickup.
Be sure outdoor umbrellas are closed and secured and grill is off and covered when not in use.
Recreational equipment should be secured in their original spots after use.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable very spacious and the thought put into setting it up for guest was excellent. The little details the little things really matter. We all enjoyed it from a 2 1/2 year-old to a 73 year-old we all had a great time we definitely do again And definitely recommend. The host was very easy and very accommodating.

Clean, spacious, and welcoming! The upstairs (with its own living area, bedroom and full bath) created a separate living space, which was terrific for our older son. The place came fully stocked with everything we could possibly need including sheets, comforters, pillows, bath and beach towels. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evenings. We spent the sunnier days at the local bay beaches and went shopping in Smithville. The family ventured out to Barnegat for a day, and we found several seafood places on the water, including two with live music. We didn't make it to LBI this trip, but the ferry was very close by. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is a great location on the lagoon with a beautiful view. It was a first experience for some of us to paddle board and was so much fun! (I would recommend that anyone planning to try it, start with the orange and pink boards which are wider and more stable than the black.)If you enjoy wildlife there were rabbits in the yard, and ducks in the lagoon. Watch out for the sea gulls if you attempt to feed the ducks! We were in town for a family wedding in LBI, and would have loved spending more time enjoying all the home had to offer. We had dinner at Tuccillo's Tomato Pies. Portions are definitely big enough to share and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed Tuckerton Seaport and a stop at Stewart's Drive-in. Thank you for the wonderful hosts and quick responses to any questions! Tip: Be sure to bring soap or body wash. There is hand soap in all bathrooms, but nothing in the showers. There is a Walmart nearby for anything you need.
