Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all bed linens in laundry room & start 1st load in washer; Please take trash/recycling to outdoor bins before leaving: Green Can=Trash Dark Blue Can=Commingled Recycling Red Crate=Glass
Please ensure gas line to BBQ grill is in OFF position! (Perpendicular to pipe!) Please cover Hot Tub prior to leaving. Please ensure gates to backyard are closed and latched prior to leaving.
Please lock front door by tapping lock screen until numbers light up, then touch and hold the "#" until door locks. Please lock back door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace shall not be turned on by guests. Garage, attic, locked closets off limits to guests. Undisclosed pet fee is $250/pet/nig
Outdoor Ring doorbell camera is located at front door of property and Outdoor Ring flood light camera is at the back door entrance to house from deck.
Guests must acknowledge and agree to WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES prior to use. (Included in Hard copy and Digital Welcome Guide).

We love this neighborhood because it is in a quiet, tucked away cul de sac that is also centrally located, just minutes from grocery stores, the famous Happy Valley food cart pod, a shopping mall, and SE 82nd restaurants and services. You’ll also have easy access to Portland, local parks, the Clackamas River, and scenic drives toward Mt. Hood and nearby forest trails.
