5 miles from the Jet Express, 6 miles from downtown Port Clinton, and 25 miles from Cedar Point.
Unwind in style on the expansive deck with a grill for summer barbecues, dine under a gazebo, or soak your cares away in the hot tub. Plenty of room to relax, play, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Ample parking, a first-floor bedroom, and a full bath.

No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.

Excessive noise, extra unregistered guests, or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate termination of the stay.



Quiet hours: [10:00 PM – 8:00 AM] (please keep music and outdoor noise low).

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

If allowed outdoors: only in designated areas, with doors/windows closed, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Evidence of indoor smoking may incur an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee.

If pets are allowed: keep off furniture/beds unless covered, clean up waste immediately.

Hot Tub Rules (Safety + Care)

Use at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

No glass near the hot tub (plastic only).

No oils, bath bombs, bubble bath, soaps, or dyes (these damage water quality and equipment).

Rinse off sunscreen/body oils before use when possible.

Always replace and secure the cover after each use and at night.

Do not adjust settings, drain, or add chemicals—message us if anything seems off.

Grill Rules

Turn the grill OFF after use and allow it to cool.

Clean the grates after cooking (brush provided).

Keep grill a safe distance from walls/railings and never leave it unattended.

If propane is low or you smell gas, stop using it and message us immediately.

A/C / Thermostat

Please keep the A/C set to 70°F (or return it to 70°F after adjusting briefly).

Keep doors/windows closed while the A/C is running.

Park only in: driveway

Do not block neighbors, fire lanes, or access points.

Security & Safety

Do not tamper with any safety devices (smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, router, exterior cameras).

Trash & Recycling

Bag trash and place in designated bins

Do not leave trash outside bins (helps prevent pests).

Please treat the home respectfully—wipe spills promptly and avoid staining linens/towels.

No moving heavy furniture.

Any damage/breakage must be reported as soon as possible so we can fix it quickly.



Checkout time: 10:00am

Follow the posted checkout checklist (dishwasher/trash/towels, hot tub cover secured, grill off/cleaned, thermostat to 70°F, lock up).
