Studio is located in the lovely town of Lauderdale by the Sea. The beachfront building is only 4 stories and has less than 50 units. Community is serene and the beach area is widespread. Property is located 1 mile from the public beach, town stores and restaurants. Community offers recreation room, laundry room on each floor, elevator, pool and barbecue grill. One reserved parking space is available.

Studio provides a murphy bed and sofa bed, complete kitchen, dining table, closet, separate bath and vanity area. Large window overlooking the pool area provides plenty of natural light. Studio is equipped with all linens and kitchen utensils required for your stay. Wifi and cable TV is included.

We have enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is located right between Atlantic and Commercial Blvd. close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself had everything we needed. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond.

Beach vacation

We really liked being able to access the beach directly from The International. Also enjoyed the beautiful pool. This is not a fancy accommodation, just very comfortable and easy to maintain. Has everything you need to enjoy the sun and sea. Walking distance (1 mile) to Publix or a convenience store, and other venues. Nice location between Fort Lauderdale and Pompano. Very friendly other guests and owners, and very safe environment. We are going back again next year!

Lauderdale by the sea

This was our second stay at this beautiful beach complex. It has always been clean and we love that it is right on the water. We can get up and stroll right to the beach. Unfortunately this stay the weather was the worst in Florida history. But we still made the best of what nature had to offer. Instead of sitting on the beach we jumped into the car and did some driving in the area. Love this little beach area.

Beautiful oceanfront!

Really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, especially if you don't like crowds. The condo itself is decorated in beach decor that gets you in the mood for sunshine immediately. Owner made it easy from start to finish!

We had such a wonderful relaxing week! The rental, the pool, the beach, the area….it was all more than we ever expected, loved every minute. The owner was quick to respond when we had a few questions and told us to let her know if we needed anything at all!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Florida stay!

We had a wonderful time directly on the ocean in this cute studio apartment. Everything was as described. The owner was helpful for any questions we had. The only problem we had and this was a BIG problem, was we arrived in our pickup and were told pickups aren't allowed in the parking area. The parking spaces are quite narrow, however, we were able to fit well within the lines. They made a onetime exception for us because we were only staying a week. Unfortunately for us, we can't purchase another vehicle to accommodate the parking rules. :(

Beach getaway

This place is just as described and shown. The location to the beach is the best, down the stairs, thru the gate and on the uncrowded, beautiful beach!! We so enjoyed our stay here and anticipating the day we can return! The only small negative is the location of the Murphy bed, if you have the bed down, it is a tight squeeze to get by it and the kitchen counter to the bathroom....minor issue and a small inconvenience. Otherwise this studio is perfect!!!!

The location was so nice and right on a private beach. The pool temperature was perfect. The unit was small and pleasant. The owners were very nice to work with. It was convenient to stores and restaurants. but in a quiet spot. Easy trip to the airport. Plan to come back!

First time ever,not a happy camper this year😥

Not as clean as usual, mold in the shower doors,mold in air conditioner on top of ceiling.Don’t believe the condo was clean before we entered. Rugs in bathrooms were dirty so I came on vacation to clean.not a happy camper this year😥😥😥
