The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Open the lockbox to the right of the door. Your code will be sent out on the first day of your trip.
Enter the code to unlock the box and there you will find your 3 bedroom keys and 1 house key. If the code does not work the first time set it to 0000 and try the code again.
Hang on to those keys because I am running low on spare keys. I also charge for missing keys, or pool access badges and or other damaged items. Please return the keys to the box once your stay ends.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi, my name is Melina — I’m the host. I work full time at Spectrum and I’m also attending school. Even though I stay pretty busy, I’m very attentive to all my guests. And this is a cozy home in a lovely community!
Why they chose this property
I chose this property because I truly fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I love the community, the beautiful view, the pool, and the nature trail—everything at the clubhouse really stands out. Living in the Rivercrest community also comes with great perks like access to the parks, weekly trash pickup, neighborhood security, and a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. The neighbors are kind, and it just feels like home.
What makes this property unique
Definitely has to be the amenities for me! My favorite is the clubhouse with the pool and the hot tub!
