Hi, my name is Melina — I’m the host and will be staying in my room across the hall. I work full time for Spectrum and also attend school, so I stay pretty busy! I work a lot and late into the evening. It’s a cozy home in a lovely community, and although it’s a shared space, you’ll likely have the whole house to yourself during your stay! If you want to rent the entire place during your stay that can be arranged if you book ahead of time. Otherwise if I’m out of town both rooms are usually being rented out so if I’m not there, another guest may be in that room.
Why they chose this property
I chose this property because I truly fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I love the community, the beautiful view, the pool, and the nature trail—everything at the clubhouse really stands out. Living in the Rivercrest community also comes with great perks like access to the parks, weekly trash pickup, neighborhood security, and a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. The neighbors are kind, and it just feels like home.
What makes this property unique
Definitely has to be the amenities, for me it’s the pool and the hot tub!
