We have been coming to this condo complex for years - always a terrific experience and when we got the chance to 'buy in' we jumped at it. Stay here with confidence - your housekeeper (Isabel), janitor (Luis) and our local agent (Saskia) have all been here for many years! Cheryl (wife) and I live in Oregon and have been escaping the cold winter weather in Oregon by coming to Puerto Vallarta for about 20 years. Early along the way we came across the Escondido Condo building and have stayed here ever since. We got the opportunity in 2013 to purchase our favorite unit (#1) and jumped on it. It was a little tired and needed some TLC but within a couple years we had everything in place just as we wanted. We are retired now and spend our winters in PV, it's our happy place!

Why they chose this property

This condo feels like home. The same staff that was here when we first stayed almost 20 years ago is still here, the property is kept immaculate, and is in a safe, 'close to everything' part of town. Mexican Beverly Hills!
