Guests can enjoy amenities like a firepit on our dock, patio, balcony, 1 car garage, new appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 tv's, etc. A beautiful and serene retreat, this apartment is a great place to call homebase while you're away. Location is prime. We have 90 ft on the water, a brand new dock w/firepit and chairs, we are 2 miles from downtown St. Pete and University of S. Florida, tons of restaurants, music, culture and beaches all minutes away!
