Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The building and room were nice, clean, and felt safe. The staff was responsive and helpful. One improvement would be the availability of an ironing board and iron, especially after washing clothes. An iron was provided upon request, but unfortunately it did not work. The apartment is located about two blocks away from the main “safe” area, which is worth noting for future guests.
