this is a very tranquil area with almost no crime -
This villa is considered the highest end private accommodation in the area - it is perfect for a family or 2-3 couples or 5 friends travelling who want to treat themselves to luxurious surroundings - you wont want to leave the property!! Perfect for Honeymoons
This is not a "party house". We want you to enjoy the property but we expect the house to be left in the same condition in which it was taken, No one is allowed on the premises who is not a part of the group booked - no more than the max. 6 people

This stay was fabulous! Peter accommodated us at the last minute, as the reservation we had booked cancelled the day we arrived in Costa Rica. The house, pool and grounds were well beyond our expectations, absolutely spectacular. We saw toucans in the back yard. The location is peaceful and quiet despite being on the road to the la Fortuna Waterfall. The Heidy, our primary contact, was responsive and super helpful, I can’t recommend this stay enough!

Check in was a breeze, Heidy was waiting for us at the villa. Villa was clean and the location was perfect, delicious soda right up the road and Lafortuna was literally 5 mins. We could have stayed at the villa the whole time but we wanted to explore. We saw red-eyed tree frogs, howler monkeys, iguanas and toucans at the villa. We really felt at home and everyone had their own space ( Me and my adult 3 kids). The property was very safe, we never felt unsafe anywhere in Costa Rica for that matter. We will definitely be back. Thank you Peter and Heidy
