All of the rooms were clean. There was easy access to the home and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.

The house was clean and neat, and looked like it had been recently updated. There were a few questions that came up and Ken was quick to respond.I gave a low rating for accuracy of property description since there was no indication that this was a second floor unit. I wouldn’t have booked this house if I knew that since someone who was supposed to join us couldnt have made it up the steep stairs. He wasn’t able to make it last minute, but if he did we would have had to scramble to find someplace else to stay

The unit clearly listed a second floor. This guest had 3 guests listed on her reservation and showed up with 6 people. The unit is accurately listed and we’ve never had any issues with any prior guests. If this was a problem why not mention it right when you arrived. I have would happily reimbursed her and allow her to find another property that better suits her needs.

The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was terrific. All 3 bedrooms were large and had good closet space. The stairs leading to the second floor apartment were steep, so I would caution anyone having walking issues to be sure to use the railing and have help carrying luggage, etc. The host was extremely welcoming and responded to a WIFI question immediately. The only downside was there were several parked cars in the driveway, requiring on street parking for me during the 4 day stay. Overall, a good accommodation for the price.
