This home is thoughtfully laid out to provide both comfort and privacy for your entire group, sleeping up to 10 guests in four distinct spaces:



First Floor Primary Bedroom: A spacious and restful room featuring a luxurious King-sized bed and twin day bed with ensuite bathroom

The location is perfect for seeing Charleston! The house was clean and had a great layout for the six of us. There are restaurant menus available. Very charming interior. The host was incredibly helpful. Would stay here again!

Loved the property! Was very spacious for 6 adults. Lots of outdoor space to eat and relax. Great location for shopping, walking to waterfront and enjoying many restaurants. Host was readily available. The upstairs door wouldn’t lock from the outside, but other than that it was perfect.

We had an excellent day at Southern Sweetgrass! It was a perfect set up for the five of us across three generations. Location is perfect for accessing downtown Charleston. It was well appointed, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and good communicators.. We would definitely consider staying here again and are happy to recommend it to friends and family.

The house was great and in a great walkable location to the market and pier. Stayed here with 3 kids, and set up was great for our family. We didn’t end up using the upstairs suite. One of the bedrooms is right on the street and it can be noisy early in the morning. There is also construction on the house next door which adds some noise. House supplies ear plugs- but I would definitely consider bringing a white noise machine. We brought one and it really helped with the city noise! Communication with the host was also very good and had quick responses.
