Relax in this inspired barn house restored design with modern touches in a farm to table community.

Situated on a 2.5 acres, the home is nestled among beautiful gardens and an orchard made up of apple, pear, plum and cherry trees.

No pets. No kids between the ages of 2-7 given the open staircases.

The entire house as pictured. Other amenities include SmartTVs with access to Netflix.

There is a Weber Grill for guest access.

Kitchen also includes coffee machine, toaster, microwave and milk frother.

Two beach chairs and a cooler for guests.

4 minutes from downtown Kennebunkport and 4 minutes to Cape Porpoise. Enjoy Goose Rocks beach which is a 10 minute drive.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area and activities including biking, kayaking, boating, hiking, wine tasting and more!

Bradbury Brother's is located 4 minutes away in Cape Porpoise and includes a market with fresh produce, meats and a Post Office.

Walk across the street to the Cape Porpoise Kitchen and enjoy decadent provisions, cheeses and fine wines.

Nice to meet you! We are Justin Henry and Jorge Lizardi. We discovered Kennebunkport 5 years ago and decided to buy a place three years later. We keep evolving our property and each year it gets better and better.

Why they chose this property

This property is uniquely furnished with salvaged wood finishes. We recently renovated the bathroom and for summer 2020 we will be landscaping the backyard. Pictures to come!
