While visiting our daughter and family in nearby Naples for a delayed “Christmas,” we stayed at Bonita by the Beach in Bonita Springs, for 2 weeks, December 27, 2025 until January 10, 2026. The property is Exactly as it is pictured in its listing, very large and roomy, with a beautiful outdoor patio and a built-in heated pool just off to the side beneath a lanai. Our first week was slightly on the cooler side, so swimming was not really an option that week. However, the 2nd week was noticeably warmer and the pool was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful time swimming and floating on all of the pool’s “toys,” exploring the nearby shopping areas, and visiting the beautiful, Bonita Wonder Gardens (we were told early Spring is not a good time to visit these gardens as the mosquitos completely take over; fortunately, that was not the case for our visit.)On a side note, the WiFi frequently went out, with instructions to unplug and restart the property’s router.There are plenty of nearby restaurants for dining-in or taking out. We elected for takeout due to our 15-month old grandson visiting us. The property managers, Matt and Cami, from Sands Property Management, were very prompt and helpful with our attempt to access the home, and even sent us a video. (We were just too excited to see our recently-relocated family nearby, lol).All in all, this is a wonderful property that we definitely recommend.
