Prior to our arrival, the host contacted me to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The host was very informative about the vrbo. The host replied promptly to any messages that I sent. The vrbo was clean and everything worked as it should. We were gone from sun up until sundown so we never used it, but there was a nice backyard if you wanted to hang out or play with kids.

Great communication with the host. We greatly appreciated being able to park our car in the driveway since the street is very full at all times. Very conveniently located for a quick and inexpensive (under 15) rideshare to Disneyland. You may hear some street and shared wall noises if a light sleeper, but on the days we were exhausted after the theme park, it wasn’t loud enough to wake us!

The host was very welcoming- instructions to get in were very clear and easy. The place is very clean. Living room, dining room, and kitchen had a nice open layout that worked really well. As many mentioned- the shower pressure was great! We had a few small issues that the owner didn’t resolve when we were there, but all minor and we worked around them. Definitely bring your own spices and cooking oils as they are not there; we did as many places don’t have them. Laundry was very helpful. Overall- it was a great place for us and we’d stay here again.

Wonderful stay. The host was very communicative and quickly answered messages and phone calls when I had a quick need. The location is a shared building with separate entrance completely separate from would be other party but important to know. Shared driveway is only space. The property was perfectly clean, everything looked new. Less than ten minutes from Disney! Thank you!

Teddy was an excellent host! They were very accommodating & communicative, responding to questions quickly throughout our stay. The home was very comfortable for 4 adults & met all of our individual needs. Each person was able to rest & sleep at a comfortable temperature in their own room. Memory foam beds, linens & towels were provided & clean. The water pressure was exceptional. Private & street parking was available for multiple vehicles. This was the perfect stay for visiting Disneyland with a Starbucks near by to help with that rope drop! We intend to visit Disneyland in 2026 & hope to stay at Teddy's Cozy Vacation Home again!!! Thank you!

It was our first time to visit California with my family and we were looking for a place to stay that is close to the places we wanted to go to in Anaheim and this is the perfect place to stay.
