The house is located on a hill (Themi hill) giving the residents a clear view of Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro. The house is on a 4900 square meter piece of land which it is all fenced in all four sides. It is with a 225 square meter garden and a 900 square meter parking area. It has a pergola at the front and a veranda at the rear for residents to spend time while outside.
It is with a large living room that can accommodate the whole family or group, the dining table can accommodate six people. The is in a safe and quite residence with a 24/7 surveillance and a security guard for the house. The house is with one master bedroom that is equipped with a bath room and a closet, the other two bed rooms content double beds and a bathroom.
