Casa Vista Reyes is located in a quiet area overlooking a magnificent mountain/ rain forest landscape. This contemporary home, with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a large balcony almost 30 feet by 23 feet in area, guests are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings.

The upstairs master bedroom (with a king size bed) has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the surrounding mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom and open up into the large balcony and pool area. One of these bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, the other features two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. Additionally, there is a large, comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. With the beds and the sleeper sofa, this villa will comfortably and affordably sleep 8.

The large pool is surrounded by a non-slip wooden deck with a convenient outdoor shower and overlooks the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.

The modern living room and kitchen areas are spacious and feature AC units to cool the room, along with the option of opening the large patio doors to allow natural air circulation. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal.

If you have a rental car, you can park your car right at the villa. The villa has a security system and there are safes in each bedroom closet. There are laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the premises.

Local needing another weekend house

House was private, clean, spacious and absolutely lovely in the rain that must come to have a rain forest! So peaceful and secluded. We have a home nearby but needed a place away from our guests and this house was just the spot. If anything management needs to adapt to contactless checkin/checkout and I am sure they will. We will absolutely stay again next time we need our own place.

Definitely a beautiful property

We enjoyed every minute of being g at the house, either in the pool or on the terrace, surrounded by all the vegetation and amazed by the show Mother Nature put up for us during our stay: monkeys, macaws, toucans..iguanas.. The house had everything we needed, one thing they could improve is the tv channels.. we didn’t mind cause we were not there to watch tv, but with little ones that could unwind watching some shows at the end of the day…. Otherwise, everything was awesome. And Andre was great at helping us with all we needed.

Great launch pad for Manuel Antonio adventures

First of all Mauricio (Mau) served as our concierge for this stay and it was like having a local friend who was super generous with tips, advice, etc. from restaurant or beach recommendations to having a fish monger come to the house to sell us fresh grouper and shrimp - Mau always had the hookup And his recommendations were spot on. The location of the house is at the top of the hill in Manuel Antonio with a nice view of the rainforest. Monkeys were feeding in the trees upon our arrival - as if on cue. The house is very roomy with a good floorplan and powerful air conditioning., plus huge sliding glass doors with screens which means you always have a great view. The pool was clean and refreshing, great to take a dip after a day of adventures. Kitchen was really nice and well equipped with pots and pans - we cooked a lot. Note that things like coffee filters, seasonings, foil etc you’ll need to get for yourself, but there is a small grocery at the end of the street. Really pleased overall snd very appreciative for Mau, whose guidance and recommendations made our trip much more enjoyable. Thanks Mau!

Perfect spot

As this was my first time using VRBO i was not sure what to expect upon arrival. Having just spent the previous 6 days is Tamarindo this property gave us the privacy that I was hoping for. Amazing view off the back deck, complete privacy from all angles, pool is a perfect size and a well layed out house. Will definitely try and book this property when we come back to the Manuel Antonio area. Money well spent!

Lovely house with amazing views of the jungle. Staff really friendly and dealt with any issues quickly. I think that some extra kitchen items need adding like a kettle, oven dishes and serving dishes. As there is a washing machine, washing detergent is a must, we used the item that was next to the washing machine and we ended up with bleach marks all over our clothes which we are now not able to wear. The bottle did show it can be used for laundry.

Perfect vacation rental! :)

This home was perfect in every way! :) It is a beautiful home, that is located in a great area. This air conditioned home is very spacious & the layout is perfect for letting in the sunshine & allowing us to view the picturesque scenery and animals. We loved the large kitchen, and having all of the cooking essentials (pots/dishes/utensils/appliances) was a great bonus for our large group. We loved being able to enjoy the wildlife while sitting on the back porch & swimming in the pool. The rooms were very large & had plenty of storage for our belongings. It is beautifully maintained & it was like being in paradise for the 9 days we were there! :) An added bonus to our stay, was the wonderful concierge Frank. :) He was extremely helpful in not only helping us to get acclimated to the house & area, but also planning our daily outings/activities. :) He made sure we enjoyed all that Casa Vista Reyes & Costa Rica had to offer....and for that we are truly thankful !! :) Our family will cherish the time spent in this beautiful home! :)

Great Stay -- Highly Recommended

This is a great house. Very comfortable with a nice, airy layout. A/C works great! Lots of sunshine around the pool and the large roofed-in deck is great for hanging out. Monkeys right in the trees around the house. Very good location right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio and tucked back in for nice privacy, but safe too. We had 6 of us in the house--very comfortably. Only feedback would be the house needs more (larger) cooking pots. Communication and booking was fast and very professional. They accommodated us with with only 14 hours notice, the night before. Thank you! We had a great time, loved the house, and we highly recommend!

The Perfect Costa Rican Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation in this most spectacular villa! Not only is the home beautiful, but it is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and exceedingly well stocked. It was a delight to spend our week there, watching monkeys from the large lovely deck with pretty views, cooking delicious meals in the chef's kitchen, and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning stillness. We can't say enough good things about our concierge, Frank, and Julie who booked our vacation. Both of them were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We owe a special kudos to Frank for assisting with the many tours we booked through him, and for his very gracious welcome when we arrived late on a Friday night. Every member of our family had a wonderful time. Costa Rica is truly a beautiful country with friendly, fascinating people. We highly recommend Green Coast Rentals, and in particular, this villa!
