I want to thank Diana for trusting us with allowing us to stay at her house. Her house felt like home. She made sure we were okay and was there if we needed anything. I recommend staying here.

Host welcoming and amenities needed all there. Only problem was we didn't have hot water in showers. It was hot in kitchen sink but not in Bathrooms. Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. The front porch is where we spent all our time. Was the New Years and the island was lit up. Amazing

Thank you for staying at our property. There is hot water in the house; however, with eight people trying to shower at the same time, the supply may be affected. The water heater is solar, and in Puerto Rico it is summer year-round. If there is hot water in the kitchen, there is also hot water in the bathrooms. No previous guests have ever had an issue with this. Thank you for your understanding!

*** A truly beautiful stay at Casa Serena ***Our stay at Casa Serena was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, our host Diana was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Her communication was excellent before and throughout our entire stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt cared for every step of the way.The home itself is stunning, thoughtfully decorated with such beautiful attention to detail. It immediately felt like a home away from home, warm, welcoming, and peaceful. You can really feel the love and care Diana has put into creating such a special space.The location is also perfect, very central and convenient, with everything nearby, including a supermarket, a bowling alley, and the beaches less than 30 minutes away. It’s also not far from the airport, which made our travel so much easier.We feel so grateful and lucky to have found Casa Serena. It truly made our trip even more special. Anyone who stays here will absolutely enjoy their time.We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico, and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.Thank you, Diana, for your kindness, your beautiful home, and for such a memorable experience.
