Casa Dani Spectacular Modern New 2 bed 2 bath at Marbella del Caribe Isla Verde
10% cheaper in VRBO than other platforms as we just started here but we have 4.95 stars there. Casa Dani is our home in San Juan, which we enjoy when we visit our lovely island but we like to share with you when we are not there. It is a fully renovated apartment with breathtaking views from every room! Isla Verde is the best urban beach in the Caribbean where you can find a long wide beach and at the same time restaurants and bars. Just 5 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive to the old San Juan. The apartment is equipped with washer and dryer, 4k smart Tvs and blackouts.
The space
Casa Dani is fully renovated apartment that offers anything you need for you vacations.
The kitchen is complete with new appliances including: fridge/freezer, microwave with oven function, washer, dryer, coffee machine, kettle, countertop oven and all the utensils you need.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, chest of draws, 50" smart Tv, desk and chair and curtains and blackouts.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of draws, 43" smart Tv and blackouts.
Living room has a sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, 3 stools and 55" smart Tv.
Building has 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court and private access to the beach. To enjoy the beach we are providing 4 beach chairs and one umbrella.
The unit also comes with an assigned parking.
Let us know if you are travelling with a baby as we can provide a crib for your convenience

After spending time visiting the island, we fell in love with its beauty and vibrant culture. We decided to buy a place in Isla Verde, not only as a home for ourselves but to offer others the chance to experience the magic of Puerto Rico. We’re excited to share this wonderful destination with you and hope you enjoy all the warmth and charm that makes Puerto Rico so special!

Isla Verde is the ideal destination for a Puerto Rico getaway. Situated on one of the world’s top metropolitan beaches, it’s just 5 minutes from the airport and only 10-15 minutes from the historic Old San Juan. With a wide variety of restaurants and attractions nearby, there’s truly no better place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.
What makes this property unique
We purchased this apartment as our home in Puerto Rico and remodeled it with the intention of living here ourselves, which is reflected in every detail. From the custom-made doors to the high-quality sheets and towels, we didn’t hesitate to invest in making it perfect. We’re so proud of the result that we lovingly refer to it as our oldest daughter, Daniela.
