House was as described and was perfect for our family trip to Maine. Great location and can walk to town which was a huge bonus. Host was a great at communicating and very responsive to our needs.

The house is amazing! The first night was very hot without AC but otherwise it was incredible! Great location.

Everything we hoped for!

The location was perfect. It was a great base for our adventures. Stairs were a little ominous for us 68 year old women but we managed. Property was pretty true to pictures & management company was extremely responsive to our needs. All of the beds were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic time with friends for Prelude and would definitely return. The trundles were tricky for our age group. Nobody wanted to get stepped on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The space and the layout is great. In the Winter months more lighting is needed in the Parlor and in the living room, we imagine in the summer the natural light is amazing and wait to return in the Spring for a family wedding! Kitchen is incredibly equipped and bathrooms were great never ran out of hot water or pressure with 8 women getting ready at once!!
