You’ll have full access to the home, including laundry, the front porch, back deck, and a private pond, except for one locked storage closet.
The front porch features stairs and a side ramp for convenient unloading.
There is covered parking for two cars and ample uncovered parking for a boat.

Heritage House Retreat is in the country, about 15 minutes from town.
So, we will make sure to leave you a complimentary first day snacks basket, coffee pods, cream and bottled water. Keep in mind shopping is roughly a 15-minute drive for supplies. Pantry will be stocked with the basics: sugar, salt, pepper, oil, foil and paper towel.
All rooms have blinds, with curtains in bedrooms for added comfort.
Well water - with the well on property our water is safe for use and drinking. We'll provide bottled water for the 1st night stay as well as a filtered water pitcher in fridge for your use if needed.
Septic system - please do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper.
Wildlife - be mindful this is a rural area, and we share the space with animals such as deer, possums, snakes, wasps, mice, scorpions and wild hogs. Please leave them space and be aware of your surroundings when you and your children are outdoors.
Not available for hunting or shooting guns.
