Enjoy this clean, comfy, eco-friendly & private loft space! We are situated on top of a hill in the beautiful lake area of Lititz, PA, known as Speedwell Forge. You will enjoy lovely views and quiet privacy from the property. The main house is adjacent to the loft suite. The loft is the top floor of the carriage house. Explore charming downtown Lititz only 4 miles away! Pool season: Memorial Day-Labor Day. (Exact dates TBD) **ONE parking space only** Overnight EV charging on site for a small fee.

*NO DRUGS on property. ANY Smoking OUTDOORS ONLY in designated areas. $250 Fine imposed for smoking inside.
NO COOKING inside or outside unit. No firepits, cooktops or griddles are allowed. You may use the firepit to roast hot dogs or marshmellows, etc.
ONE car per stay. Gas grill and teahouse are not for guest use.

They really thought of everything when creating this space. Our stay was comfortable, clean and charming. Checking in was easy even though we arrived late at night and Jacqueline was very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cleanliness, prompt response, and the place had everything that one could need and we were also offered the amenity of a hot tub even though I signed up for the loft without even knowing a hot tub was available. So the host was kind enough to offer the hot tub for the price we paid.
