Wow! We booked this property for a family reunion of 12ish adults and 12ish kids. The house was wonderful - plentiful common space, plentiful bedrooms, and a large kitchen. The outdoor play set and indoor rec area were both used very much. the entire property was very clean when we arrived, and felt brand new - but we were surprised to see that there had been many guests before us. While there, we collectively agreed to book the same property next year. Thank you very much!

Great house, we had 8 couples and 5 kids 2 & under and there was plenty of room and and no nap time noise violations. I’d give it 6 stars and rebook immediately if it had a hot tub!

The house was nice, but it needs more bathrooms!!!! Also, the phone number given for service was not helpful. I called it multiple times and left messages but received no answers. The 2 times the phone was answered I did not receive a call back to answer my question.

This house is perfect for large groups with lots of kids. There is so much space for the kids to play both indoors and outdoors. There is even a little kid play area stocked with toys. The outdoor fire pit was very nice for relaxing in the evening and came fully stocked with firewood and fire starters. The area is beautiful and in the middle of Amish country. The local coffee shop had a live band while we were there. There are good hiking trails within 15 minutes of the house.

Our family gathered at this home for a late family Christmas celebration and it was the perfect space for us! We arrived on New Year's Eve to find the home to be better than the listing! The house is so spacious and the indoor pickleball court is amazing! There are several areas where you can gather to talk or play games. I also love that the home is kid friendly! The house is tastefully decorated, but also not cluttered. We have rented several homes over the years to gather as a family and this is our favorite! If you need a home to gather as a family, I highly recommend this space!
