With two garage parking spots and an additional carport, there's plenty of space for everyone to settle in with ease. This spacious home is packed with entertainment and comfort, featuring a private hot tub, BBQ grill, arcade games, PlayStation, and a variety of games and cards for quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an Instant Pot, cake pans, fruit bowls, and both K-Cup and drip coffee systems to keep everyone fueled for fun.

Outside, adventure is always within reach. Guests have access to 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, bikes, coasters, Razor scooters, and beach gear like a wagon, cooler, and chairs—perfect for exploring the nearby 2.5-acre lagoon and sandy beaches. Pickleball paddles are also included for those ready to hit the courts. Whether you're in the mood for action or relaxation, Southwest Getaway has it all.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
